Returns and Refunds

We back every part with a 90-day replacement warranty. Refunds and returns are governed by these terms.

Eligibility

  • Part is defective, mis-described, or does not match the VIN/fitment you provided.
  • Claim is opened within 90 days of delivery.
  • Part has not been modified, repainted, or altered.
  • Process

  • Email yonkersautoparts@gmail.com with your order ID, photos, and a description of the issue.
  • We respond within 1 business day with an RMA (return authorization) number.
  • Ship the part back using a carrier we specify. Shipping costs may be reimbursed if the issue is on us.
  • Refund or replacement issued within 5-7 business days of receipt.
  • Restocking fee

    We do not charge a restocking fee for warranty-covered returns. Buyer-remorse returns (changed your mind, did not need the part) may incur a 15% restocking fee and outbound freight is non-refundable.
